Important: Viral Disk operates as a search engine and indexing service. We do not host, upload, or store any video content on our servers. All videos are hosted by third-party services such as TeraBox. We merely provide links to content that is already publicly available on the internet.

Submit Your DMCA Notice
Response Time
We take copyright infringement seriously and will respond to valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notify the content provider about the takedown
- Document the takedown for our records
- Send you a confirmation once the content has been removed
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was wrongfully removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
- Your physical or electronic signature
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Viral Disk has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the platform and/or terminate the access of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
